Our client an erudite gentleman with the physical challenge of a prosthetic leg, living alone in a first floor condo with mountains of scientific books and papers, many ow which he had written, few of which I wold be able to comprehend. Nothing had been done inside in over 19 years making it very outdated with old carpeting throughout vinyl in the kitchen and very poor lighting. The home felt dark and gloomy. Something triggered a renaissance for our client, a need and a desire for a fresh start, beginning with his surroundings and we are very happy he chose us to make it happen.
