Girl's Bathroom

A leak in the ceiling below the girls bathroom. The cause was an unprotected copper water line buried in 6 inches of wet bed mortar. The mortar had worn through the copper pipe causing irreparable pin holes. Knowing the entire wet bed floor would need to come out to correct the plumbing; the decision to remodel this 80 year old bathroom was a no brainer. The two teenage daughters were thrilled at the chance to design their own bathroom.
