Building Green, Buying Local - The Landover Project

A gut-rehab of a wonderful 62 year old stone home in Bryn Mawr, PA that is Platinum LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) and Energy Star Certified. This certification was developed by the United States Green Building Council to promote environmental awareness amongst government agencies, architects, engineers, developers, and builders. The LEED green building certification system is the national benchmark for the design, construction, and operation of high-performance green buildings. Our team members collaborated a plan that invigorates the neighborhood and provides long-term benefits to everyone.
